** Please note.  All orders placed on this website are shipped from Organised Octopus, located in Alton Hampshire, UK**

Our products are manufactured in the UK.  We keep reasonable stock levels , and endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 working days of payment being received.  If we have run out of stock, there will be a delay of up to 10 days.

To enable us to provide you with the best service please ensure your email address is correct and, we have a telephone number to contact you on as necessary.  This website produces an automatic confirmation of order, if you do not receive it please check your spam folder.  

Unless requested otherwise we will ship your order via Royal Mail 1st class post.  We have a standard postage charge of £4.50.  If you require us to send your purchase via courier or any other method please contact us for details and costs, prior to completing your order.
